Global Bio Tec recognised that in the market, biometric based products that are widely available across the globe, are not supported by the companies that own, develop and sell them. This support, if at all is provided at a cost by re-sellers or in many cases when buying on the internet, not at all.
Our ongoing market research indicates that this is an accepted down-side, which end-users grudgingly have to accept.
As part of the Connective Touch brand of solutions, Global Bio Tec have invested in and developed an International help desk. This ensures that all Connective Touch end users can not only understand and benefit from their use, but also they totally trust the support obtained from us and that it only comes from the people that designed and developed Connective Touch.
The Help Desk provides both technical support and warranty advice, working in conjunction with our Internationally established network of approved Connective Touch support and installation teams.
